We want to describe the resources that we believe the key aspects of training, aspects that highlight developmental dimension of training and strengths.

  • The first is the systemic attitude of teachers: every teacher feels part of a whole and tries to find a way to connect his person system with the school system.
  • The second aspect concerns the growth of participation and involvement of teachers during the training process: the greater involvement of teachers becomes an educational opportunity for the group and sometimes also training material, as happens for example when a teacher offers the group aspects of their personal life, outside the school, to reinforce the educational action.
  • The last one concerns the growing perception of closeness between the teacher and the student matured during the training: teachers can now find many similarities with their students and this is the basis of the empathic relationship.
